Charitable Donation Tax Back Scheme
By completing the CHY3 form, you are allowing Irish Community Air Ambulance to claim tax relief on your donation and any future donations to us for a five year period. For regular donations, no matter what the frequency, that total over €250 each year, this is an option that ensures less paperwork for you over the five-year period.
If you’d rather provide a certificate for the tax refund scheme on an annual basis, use the CHY 4 form.
